We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return an item, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in: Log in with your email address and order number.

  2. Select items: Choose the items you wish to return and specify the reason for the return.

  3. Create return label: Download and print the return label that is generated.

  4. Pack the item: Pack the item securely in the original packaging or another suitable box.

  5. Attach the return label: Attach the return label to the package.

  6. Send the package: Drop off the package at the nearest drop-off location.

Important information

  • Criteria for approval of returns:

  • Products purchased at dahlie.com may be returned up to 30 days after the original purchase date.

  • For safety and health reasons hipsters and boxers cannot be returned.

  • Products must be in an unused condition and returned in their original packaging.

  • Do not stick or write anything on the original packaging.

  • Products must have all tags attached.

  • Products must be returned together with all the accessories they came with.

  • Products purchased anywhere except dahlie.com must be returned to the original place of purchase.

  • Dahlie will provide a full refund for the value of the purchased product in the same form as the original payment.

  • Refunds may take between 14 business days to process once a return has been delivered to our warehouse.

  • Products purchased on dahlie.com cannot be exchanged at present, and you must place a new order if you want another color, size, or product.

  • Original shipping cost is not refundable.

  • Products purchased with a discount in a campaign period may be returned for a refund, but they cannot be exchanged.

  • We cannot guarantee you can buy a new product with the same discount if you need to return a product bought during a campaign
