REGISTER A RETURN

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return an item, please follow these simple steps:

1. Log in: Log in with your email address and order number.
   

2. Select items: Choose the items you wish to return and specify the reason for the return.
   

3. Create return label: Download and print the return label that is generated.
   

4. Pack the item: Pack the item securely in the original packaging or another suitable box.
   

5. Attach the return label: Attach the return label to the package.
   

6. Send the package: Drop off the package at the nearest drop-off location.

• Return period: You can return items within 30 days of receipt.
  

• Condition: The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, with all tags and original packaging intact.
  

• Refund: Once we have received and inspected the return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  

• Location: Please ensure that you are on the appropriate landing page corresponding to your order, so that we can issue a return label for the correct courier.
