We at Kari Traa are incredibly proud to collaborate with Hanan Abdelrahman! Hanan works tirelessly to ensure that everyone, regardless of background or physical abilities, can enjoy and partake in outdoor experiences in Norway.
She has a deep passion for empowering all women to embrace outdoor activities with joy and confidence, and we feel incredibly fortunate to be part of this journey.
Our collaboration aims to create an outdoor culture tailored For Her, By Her. In 2024, we'll be hosting four exciting outdoor events, encouraging you to step out of your comfort zone and discover the joy of exploring nature.

Women's hike with Kari Traa to Solbergvannet with Indian food! Tuesday, June 11th
All ladies are welcome to join us for a short trip in Østmarka. We'll meet at Trasop School and walk to Solbergvannet. There, we'll cook Indian food together; it'll be butter chicken with naan bread. The tour leaders will bring all the equipment and food needed for cooking. The trip goes through typical Østmarka terrain, a little up and down, about 1 kilometre each way. We expect to spend about 25 minutes walking to the lake. Midway, we'll reach a fantastic viewpoint with a stunning view of the entire city. You won't want to miss this! Maybe we'll even see beavers in Solbergvannet?

Meeting point: Trasop School at 18:00 on Tuesday, June 11th
Access: Bus 76 to the Trasop School stop or parking at the school
Bring: Your own drink, plate, spoon, and cup, a sit mat. Dress in good shoes and clothes according to the weather.
Registration: Advance registration is required. Send an email to events@karitraa.com to secure your spot. Only 30 spots available. The deadline for registration is Sunday, June 9th. Please inform us of any food allergies and clothing sizes.
