We’d say that the Julia Parka is like wearing a sleeping bag, but sleeping bags don’t look this good. Hitting just above the knee, the water-repellent Julia Parka features a 60/40 down/feather blend with a 450 fillpower. Quilted with an adjustable hood, hand pockets, and a chin guard, is both functional and chic with a printed lining made from recycled materials.
