Summer Smoothie Bowl
– easy, healthy recipe!

Just like ice cream for breakfast, but healthy. This smoothie bowl is full of vitamins and great summer tastes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 200 grams frozen strawberrys + one or two fresh berries for the topping
  • Coconut milk
  • 1 fresh vanilla bean
  • 6 leaves of fresh basil
  • Coconut yogurt
  • Coconut flakes

Step, by step:

1. Split the vanilla bean down its length using a knife. Scrape out the seeds.

2. Blend everything together in a blender or a smoothie machine, until you get a smooth mass

3 . Top with coconut flakes, fresh strawberries and fresh basil
