Recipe for 2-4 people
1. Blend berries, yogurt and honey/agave syrup in a food processor or a good blender until it becomes a smooth ice-cream. You can add some more yogurt if needed. Serve in a small bowl!
2. Sprinkle over some extra fresh fruit, chopped dark chocolate or chopped nuts.
Tip: Freeze down a banana, and add it together with frozen berries. You can also add a scoop of vanilla protein, of you want the recipe to be high in protein as well.
