Healthy Berry Yogurt Popsicles
– easy, healthy recipe!

These creamy strawberry yogurt popsicles are simple healthy treats that will keep you cool all summer long!

Popcicle recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 bananas
  • 1¾ cup of Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla bean
  • Fresh strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Popsicle molds
  • 1 frozen banana

To make the yogurt base, blend together:

• 2 bananas

• 1¾ cups Greek yogurt

• 1 tsp. vanilla bean powder or vanilla extract

Then:

1. Remove half of the yogurt mixture and put in a separate bowl. Add 2 strawberries and blend. Slice 3 strawberries, press slices into the sides of five of the popsicle molds, and pour the yogurt mixture into the molds. 2 bananas

2. Add the second half of the yogurt mixture back into the blender. Add a large handful of blueberries and blend. Add a few whole blueberries to the bottom of the 5 remaining popsicle molds. Pour the yogurt mixture to the popsicle molds until halfway full, add a few more blueberries to each popsicle mold, and top with the remaining yogurt mixture.

3. Place wooden popsicle sticks into each mold and freeze for 2-3 hours or until completely frozen.
